THIS SAUSAGE STARTS WITH CAJUN HOLLAR’S FAMOUS LOUISIANA-STYLE SAUSAGE AND KICKS IT UP A NOTCH WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FRESH GREEN ONION AND FLAVORFUL MUSTARD SEED. ADD CAJUN HOLLAR GREEN ONION & MUSTARD SEED SMOKED SAUSAGE TO YOUR GUMBO, JAMBALAYA, ÉTOUFÉE, SOUP, DIRTY RICE, AND SHRIMP AND GRITS IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE THERE ARE NO LEFTOVERS. IT’S ALSO TASTY GRILLED AS AN ENTREE.
Grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place sausage directly onto the grill over heat. Grill for 5 minutes per side, turning frequently.
Stovetop: Place sausages into skillet and add ½ inch of water. Cook on medium-high heat until the water is evaporated. Allow sausages to brown while rotating at least once.
Microwave: Add sausages and ½ cup of water to a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 1 minute per link until sausages are warmed through. Microwave ovens vary, so you may need to adjust cooking time.
